Founded by organisational sociologist Dr. Zoe Young in 2018, Half the Sky is a boutique consultancy that brings together Big Four consultants, facilitators, and culture specialists – all at the top of their game. Our deep expertise includes values-led leadership, people strategy, DEI, psychological safety, workplace behaviour, workforce performance, and leadership capability.
